About this tool

Is anything saved or sent?

No. The checklist runs entirely in your browser. There’s no account, no server call and no analytics on this page. Close the tab and it’s gone, unless you saved the PDF.

How does the couples mode protect privacy?

Each partner answers on the same device, one after the other. At the end, only the items you both marked yes or maybe are shown. A “no” from either of you is never revealed, it’s simply off the table.

Is this a BDSM contract?

No, and it isn’t meant to be. It’s a conversation tool between adults. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and no written list changes that.

Can I share this tool with my clients or readers?

Yes. Educators, therapists and podcasters are welcome to link to it. It has no ads or affiliate links on the page.
